About The Artist

I am Karolina Connolly, a contemporary mixed-media artist from Ukraine, now operating from my home studio in Greenville, SC. My passion for art has been a constant since childhood, despite my family's encouragement to pursue a more conventional career. Following their advice, I earned a bachelor's degree in linguistics, which ignited my fascination with travel, diverse cultures, and traditions—elements that significantly influence my artwork today.

Years passed with limited opportunities to create, yet my dream of being an artist remained alive. After a period of doubt and reflection, 2020 served as a turning point, reminding me that the time for change was now. Determined not to delay my aspirations any longer, I embraced a new path. Shortly after relocating to the United States, I enrolled at the Milan Art Institute, where I acquired the skills and confidence to pursue my artistic journey.

My story exemplifies that it is never too late to chase your dreams. Through my art and experiences, I aim to inspire others to follow their passions.
